Woodcuts and Wood Engravings

Simple bold imagery that reflects the artist's love of nature, place and the human figure. "I gloried in the chance to convey a vast landscape or magical moment in a small block of wood." Focus on environmental issues using a variety of skills and processes. Prints in color and black and white using a direct relief printmaking process. Instructor at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, Maine College of Art, and the University of Maine.
