The Balsamic Vinegar obtained from vinegar rooms 6,8 and 12 offers different levels of refinement of growing quality. The two first ones are especially recommended to season, salads or steamed vegetables, omelettes and all egg dishes while vinegar from room 12, thanks to its even larger versatillity is advised to enhance the flavour of the meat both boiled, roasted and grilled.

The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the expression of the highest quality level.
