The spirits shelf
From the classics to the new.
Four custom-built, reclaimed wood shelves present our spirits selection. It's not huge but the quality is there. Names you already know to small producers and traditional approaches- all are chosen with the same lens we use for wine. All bottles are ones you'd find at our own table.
The first shelf
Bourbon.
The everyday pours earn their place next to small distilleries and limited runs. We taste before we buy, and the shelf changes as good bottles find us.
We do receive limited allocation drops. Please call ahead or stop in; you never know what might be here.
Agave
Tequila
Blancos perfect for everyday enjoyment, reposados for a more nuanced sip, and a select few luxurious anejos and cristalinos. We prefer producers who farm their own fields and leave the additives out.
After dinner
Amaro.
The Italian way of ending an evening. Herbal, rooty, and bitter in the best sense; some are bracing and some are gentle. Sip them neat, over ice, or in a cocktail. We can help you navigate these beguiling beverages.

Stagg, Blanton's, Weller- you know the names. The Clown does get limited amounts of allocated bourbons but our inventory is small and rapidly changing.
